Our Approach

The Philosophy

  • Mother Nature is a channel to our primal awakening. Not only does she hold space for our inner wild without judgement or fear, but she also guides us to finding our truest selves. She teaches us patience, stillness and compassion.

The four elements, fire, water, wind, and earth are each channels to the primal self. Through an exploration of each element we connect to our inner workings and enter a process of self-discovery that allows us to return to our instincts. We each have these elements within us and it’s through connecting deeply with ourselves that we get in touch with what that feels like and how to express it.

  • Community is the channel to our primal power. When we support each other in sisterhood, there is no limit to what we can achieve and what we can heal as individuals and as a collective.

  • Movement is a channel to our primal awakening. By stretching our bodies we release energy trapped in our chakras and by dancing we let go of the controlling mind. Through ecstatic and tribal dance we honor and remember our primitive roots, we move with our emotions, with our sexuality, with our rage, we release!

  • Music is a channel to our primal awakening. Song and instrument is deeply ingrained in our DNA. To listen and to sing or play is to live without fear and to let go.

  • Breath is a channel to our primal awakening. Active breathing connects us to our unconscious mind by letting go of the controlling mind. It allows us to move trapped energy in the body and connect deeply to our primal essence.
